Maybe it ran into a military training in progress. A friend said they landed in Macau and are spending their lovely time in the casinos and forgot to call home.

Although its been an agonizing few days since the plane went missing and they have yet to find wreckage, the Air France airbus which also went missing in 2009 also took several days to find. It then took another 2 years to find the blackbox to find out what happened.

Well the battery in the black box will only last 30 days according to officials.
Or this could be one of the biggest magic trick someone is trying to pull.

WTF

Malaysia's state news agency quoted Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi as saying the passengers using the stolen European passports were of Asian appearance, and criticizing border officials who let them through.
"I am still perturbed. Can't these immigration officials think? Italian and Austrian (passport holders) but with Asian faces," he was quoted as saying late on Sunday.

And you guys think our Polys are Dumb

You think they would use a energizer battery in the black box

But the beacons or whatever they use must stay powered up for a long time Remember it was a 2 year hunt for the black box of the down Air France flight back in 2009
And are the Malaysian authorities willing to pay
$100 000 000 which they believe it cost to deep trawl the ocean for the Black box?

Hoping for a miracle and that there is some remote chance these passengers may have been hijacked and still be alive. x

Breaking news since yesterday is that Malaysian officials have confirmed the high possibility of hijacking. One pilot has been confirmed as possible hijacker, with ties to political parties.

yeppers and also the nudie ladies around the pool :) :)
the latest is that it could be on Australian soil , like the other 600+ landing strips in the fuel range of the departure airstrip .

but if it flew over land, how come noone saw it.. there can't be too many landing strips big enough for a plane that size that there would be NO ONE around...

They showed a map on sunrise with 600 possible landing sites that a plane that size could land including within a 1000 ks off the australian coast line they just said it takes 3 satellites to triangulate a possition

Thats why al secret military installations are underground.

Russians bought up Diego Garcia... they would 110% have the capability to track a 777 in the Indian Ocean. If a plane was to land, no one would see it there.

According to the British newspaper Sunday Sport the plane is on the moon. But there are also new rumours that they might have landed in Afghanistan. I really hope that have landed somewhere safely and that the people on board will be released sometime soon.

I reckon the head of the corruptors, I mean PM would have that kind of cash to splash on a search for a plane. They have so far confused those who helped them, and made a mockery of themselves. lol...circus clowns.
I heard on the radio this morning, Australia will lead the search for the plane in the Indian Ocean area.
Have they released the relevant info a week before? They would have saved some valuable time.

The airline had a history of letting passengers with stolen travel documents board the plane. It happened with a flight to NZ couple of years ago and the airline was fined by the NZ immigration dept I think. 2 passengers traveling with stolen travel documents would have raised the alarms at 1st instance. I don't know this is a case of $ talks and B$ walks. I guess it is.

True that the imbeciles do not want to look stupid in front of the international crowd. But this has led to them looking even more stupider. I mean Homer does lots of stupid things but not disclosing info that will eventually be uncovered are really stupidity on an epic scale. Homer got no rating for such stupidity. lol

The fact that they did detect a plane flying across the country and onto the straits of Malacca and done nothing about it. This is a no brainer. If someone scales the fence and runs across my backyard, I be standing at the backdoor holding a rifle. :nailbiting:

When the news first broke one of my mates said it must be an anniversary of the release of Lost prank or something. Wishful thinking that there's no actual plane missing and someone's accidentally pushed back the release date? Methinks there'd be uproar!

Apparently (new theory I heard on 7 News lastnight, so I wouldnt quote), the plane was hyjacked and safely landed in an abandoned airfield in Tom Price WA. So if thats true then I hope everyone onboard is safe, and their families could be a bit more at ease without thinking the worst.

If the plane is in Aust's backyard, no reason why Abbott is not telling, cause it will stick out like a sore thumb.

I read that people in Maldives saw a very low flying commercial airliner flying pass on the night that it went missing. My theory is that they've landed in some country's backyard. Passengers are being held against their will.
