Few years ago, a lady and I left her East Perth apartment separately after a session, each in our own cars, her in front by a minute or so.
Just down the road a couple of hundred metres, blue lights came on & she was pulled over. I proceeded past them as she was stepping out of the car dressed in normal street ware and I left them to it. Later she told me it was traffic police who saw she had a very noisy sports muffler on her car.
However they still conducted a search of her car. Found her handbag on the seat with a considerable wad of $ from the day. She apparently explained she was an escort (as noted before, not illegal in itself) and produced her diary to explain the wad of $. Apparently she said they accepted and just commented they wish they could make that much in a day. She assured me there were no personal identifying details about the punters in the diary, but I assume those may have been in her phone as contacts and recent exchanged texts, and could probably have been discovered had they probed more deeply.
Whether by coincidence or just by fate, shortly after, her letting agent evicted her for using the apartment for her day job. They said they had proof of use of the premises in breach of the lease terms.
They claimed a resident had found one of her business card on the floor of the foyer and the photo on the card was clearly from the apartment as it showed a piece of artwork that was part of the included furnishings!!!!!!!! But she was always suspicious that it may have been found in her handbag that night and .........
Again not the Act but other legal(?) processes that you have to worry about.
