Maybe go back to controlled quarantine and testing prior to travel. 7-14 days at the expense of the traveller or the company that needs the people to travel for work purposes (Hang the Expense)

So, actually not saying vaxxed are “more susceptible” than untaxed. Just that only two doses doesn’t offer much protection against Omicron. However 3 doses does offer protection against possible hospitalisation and death from Omicron.

Unfortunately it's not the Judges fault - he only went on the evidence that was presented by both sides at the time. He doesn't have the time to trawl through social media posts etc to discover that the evidence presented by Novak's team was flawed. That's what the Government Lawyers should have done. The reason why Novak's case was dismissed was because the Border Force Official at Melbourne Airport screwed up the original interview process, but no doubt performing under immense pressure because his supervisors had probably received a phonecall/email from someone very senior demanding that an example must be made of Novak and thus mistakes were made and Novak's expensive legal team took advantage of it.

Whatever process was not followed ... or unfair because "what more can he do" as the judge said with all the documents Novak has received to enter Australia ... it does NOT mean he can ignore what is the law. It is convenient for Craig Tiley to ignore Greg Hunt's official letter to warn him that Border Force will not let Novak enter with an exemption (quarantine free travel). Craig Tiley purposely only seek "others" to muddy the water and claim "conflicting" reports ... whilst the highest man on the land in terms of "health exemptions" (the Minister for Health) was ignored.

I think it more likely that some of that information might have been known. ie, that Novak had actually broke his own country's laws by breaking his lawful COVID (which he has admitted to) isolation. Perhaps the Australian government was trying not to embarrass him internationally, or embarrass his country's leaders.. Just trying to find the least embarrassing aspect, that supports Australian Law and the Australian people. After all; why one law for us and another for celebrities?

Just have to remember that its a preprint study, it has not been 'peer reviewed' - the authors have not attached the source of their data which would come up in a peer review. Attached is an interesting article from 'The Conversation' about preprint studies - their usefulness and also the pitfalls of solely just relying on them.
Researchers use 'pre-prints' to share coronavirus results quickly. But that can backfire (theconversation.com)
