Because we are all human. With insecurities and demons within to understand. I wouldn't do it but for some it's cathartic, for those that seek attention to their plight it may be a search for validation. For others it's a way to free themselves from guilt. And for a few it's a commercial decision. I'm guessing the content of that video had limited commercial advantage for the creator.....I hope so because that's what it deserved.
If they have insecurities and demons within then TikTok/YouTube is not the place. They should be in therapy and get real help.
