Hmm, I have had a few days off and been flat out busy and logged in this morning to be greeted by a message saying there was something wrong with the data base. I also later received a message regarding this matter, For the present it seems we cant get passed towards the end of November. I have no doubt we have people working on this. I will let forum members know more information as I receive it. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused and again I will keep you posted as information becomes available from our Tech crew.
Believe me when I say, months of work have gone into the forum changes, cleaning it all up and weeks of creating forums and moving things around. Just to get rid of Charlotte's ramblings would have been as simple as pushing a button. And this is most definitely not the case.

Hi to all the members
Some of you may have noticed when you logged in today that the boards are showing the last update as being 22/11/2012.
We are still looking into what actually happened to cause the database error.
Yes as some of you have guessed, we have just discovered that the database wasn’t being backed up. Thatguy was looking after backing up the database, and since he finished up in early December 2012, nothing had been backed up.
With the leaving of staff unfortunately it got lost in the void.
Our friendly on call IT person that is helping us out is looking into setting it up so that the forum is backed up as an automated process instead of the manual process that it was.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and realise that we have lost approx. 90 days of data, so threads, private messages, member permissions, updates on your profiles, new forums, and even member access has reverted back to what it was 90 days ago.
Again we apologise, and are in the middle of resolving this issue to prevent it from happening again.
Most of you know I’m not techy minded, so this all the information I have at the moment.

The system wasn't recognising Ms Sue's log in, so instead of trying to fidel to fix the issue it was more important that she post the announcement, so I emailed her my log in details.

How often do we get a do over.....lol. Well for the period of November to now anyways
So if you said something you regretted in a PM, put your foot in it by mistake on the forum, unless the person actually remembers your user name, the slate has been wiped clean so to speak. Could be seen as a positive.

Feels a little like Groundhog Day. Please persevere with me as I try to get the forum cleaned up (again), so much working hours have been lost but the forum will be looking fantastic and will be easy to get around again in the near future.
