Personally I would prefer I didn't know if there was a partner somewhere on the scene, being the overly alert and suspiciuos person that I am I would constantly be asking myself "why" such is the situation.

But then again, the above is based on my old-fashioned opinion that it is a mans job to support, provide and protect his partner. I wont voice my opinions of what I think of the fellas who sit at home and live off their WL partners, as that is just my opinion..

I think lying is a way of protecting yourself.
When I first started, I had a client from brisbane get my real name and he found my dad in the phone book.
He made that horrible call, and, after only a few month s in the industry, I was forced to explain myself.I am lucky my family is a modern one, and quite progressive.

i was once seeing a working girl and i knew before seeing her she was one.
i never once looked down at her for it but i wont lie when we started out i did have trouble accepting it. however it was her job, it helped put food on the table. at the end of the day i knew i had her heart, soul and more often then her clients i had her body.

trust is a huge thing we'd always talk about our days and stuff so i knew what was going on (didn't need details though) i guess it would only ever be an issue if she'd lie about what was going on ya know.

i don't think i would of liked it if she'd talk about her private life with clients cos one that was our life and as many said before the client pays for a service.

guess its a double edged sword...

that's my thoughts on it =)
