I’d just be careful about advertising the # publicly without checking with the girl first. Could end up causing her a lot more trouble… but totally agree with the sentiment.

Would probably be ok... I think I am just jaded by the media and the hysteria from the eastern States... there is no harm in doing the right thing... though I am hearing a lot from people not checking in as they aren't willing to isolate... and some are nurses..
 
It certainly is tough for the owners and girls atm as well as many many others in the community. As someone who punts occasionally I am certainly on the sidelines at the moment. The thought of signing in, cctv image of me out here, phone numbers being handed over and worse being worried I may have Covid and risking my kids - and the consequences of all of these if I have visited a place that becomes a exposure site means I wont punt atm. I think it’s all going to lead to an increase in much more anonymous arrangements, off site, arranged through message boards and forums like this where the guy feels more protected and the girls can get at least some cash. Unfortunately I think this is going to lead to the girls being put in dangerous situations more often. Stay safe everyone.

Agree with the sentiment. But remember when the arsehole that did this gets angry and want revenge, he is not coming for you or me, he is coming for the girl who is doing the best she can with the cards she has been dealt.

Talking to my regular it’s quiet everywhere. She obviously has friends that work all over in different shops, some days only 1 or 2 customers, some days none. I feel sorry for these girls sitting there for 12+ hour days for nothing. Then on the other side of the coin she’s saying some of the ones that are coming out are weirdo’s. Not accepting a no to certain requests and not respecting the boundaries. She’s had 2 in the past 4 days at different shops where she could have easily had these 2 pigs charged with attempted sexual assault. I don’t understand some peoples mentality sometimes. You catch more bees with honey I would have thought.
 
This covid shit is only in attention as the nos are low...once it goes above 1000 çases a day...contact tracing doesnt work as most of the places are exposure sites...if u get it and can get well in 2-3 days...why would u report and isolate for 14days with all your family members..its whole different story if u get too sick and have to be admitted...

Hello everyone..

I don't know if anyone has been in a similar situation but a bit of advice will be wonderful.

My wife and I have been seeking financial advice and was asked to combine our bank accounts, essentially making it so that our pay goes into the same account, while closing our existing ones to reduce confusion / clean up the account situation. Can't really back down on this as we have paid and do have some pretty major plans going ahead, for the family and all etc.

In this case, all sorts of spending can be seen by both of us. So far we have been using individual accounts and this allows me to use my money the way I like. Not excessively, but I do indulge in massage sessions and extras. Maybe a private now and then if the wallet allows.

I only have 1 income stream at the moment. So no hidden account elsewhere receiving funds. And when we do get the financial advisor involved they will be keeping a hawk eye account of ins and outs. It doesn't make me entirely comfortable having our assets exposed to such an extent but for the long run it may be beneficial to grow our money.

Does this spell the end of my punting career? My wife is great. But sometimes as you all understand, we just need a bit more than what the marriage offers. I sound like a scum saying these things.

Quite a predicament. How often do you punt. If its once a month and not excessive amount, just say you allocate $300 a month for drinks, gambling or what other hobbies.

Man don't do that shit. You are very likely to not get any ahead with an financial advice than what you would do in your own with some discipline. You are just opening a Pandora box and putting yourself in your wife control. From my experience female partner is more more likely to not have an idea of their own cash flow so I would address that first. Second you need a budget for all expenses and make sure you have a allowance in cash for you. 3 the only good reason to ever have joint accounts is an offset mortgage account. You can still have your salary into your personal account and auto transfer your share to the offset.
Wife's are nice, ex wife's are all bitches. So prepare yourself always for the worst.
