I would regularly work overtime or go to office on Sundays to catch up with overdue stuff. And when I can, spare some hours with a WL. Once I was just finishing shower when my phone start to rang.... I had that cold in my belly and run as fast I could to the office. To find wife waiting me in the parking lot. Near miss... now I only schedule WL during working hours

I am convinced that eventually we will all get CV19.
Some will die, some will have 'long Covid' and some will have a mild case - depends on vaxes, your immune system and plain old luck.
I have had three jabs and hope to have a mild case.

I don't know what is happening in Africa and Asia as they don't always report everything (I suspect they don't even know the whole story themselves), but I know that the US has had a really bad time, and anti vax states have had a much worse time than pro vax states.

Actually I also believe that everyone has the right not to be vaxxed, but then they don't have the right to go out and spread it if they get it.

Really, it's Darwin's law in action - survival of the fittest. If the vax helps me to survive CV19, then I'll have it (already have). If you don't believe it will help, then good luck to you.

But at the end of the day, we'll all die eventually !

I do have lung issues so am classed high risk... even though I don't feel that way... but better safe than sorry... or wing it and see ... either way I have had a good time..
 
I am in two minds.. checking in will keep the family safer... but with this crap weather who wants to line up in 35+ temperatures for a test...

It's going to be a tough month or 2 for all of them, once the group as a whole feels it's safe to return to work they will. But we don't know when that will be for now.

Same with Punters...it's a lucky dip each time they venture out. Either becoming covid positive and needing the "Please explain". Or a random raid and having that on your personal record.

With this U Natural fiasco, things will need to cool down for a month or 2 before we really can say it's safe. Crossing fingers hopefully by then the virus is more contained and with lower infected numbers.
