What do you mean by anything? Discount? Doubt it. Extra services? Yeah I'm sure most would depending on the disability
No don't be so nieve . Seriously. Half price fuck because you are old and decrepit . Hahaha.
Shit they should charge you double for having to wipe your ass and dress you afterwards.

You have a heart of gold. You can only ask luv. At worst they will say no
Being disabled doesn't always equal low income. I personally feel you may have more success with privates than AMP
And that is how a great forum works, sharing information to help each other along in understand and accessing what we are seeking. Are you aware of how the Companion Card works? It's so a carer can get free entry to help a disabled person to access a service they would otherwise be unable to access. The benefit is to the carer, but only indirectly to the disabled person.
That being said, I'm not aware of any AMPs which recognise the Companion Card.
Are you on the NDIS? I've read of
people receiving funding for such services as part of their care plan.
Sorry to be giving a PC answer, but I thought the information may be helpful.
Would appear the original question has been taken down. I hope it’s not because the original poster has been discouraged by some of the replies. No question is silly in the quest to find better understanding.
I don't believe our services have been approved for NDIS funding. I do know it has been discussed. Possibly ways to get around it. I'm an approved provider for a mainstream service. ABN, address and email address etc is required for invoicing. Protecting the disabled must always come firstAre you aware of how the Companion Card works? I genuinely do want to see where you read of these services being funded by ndis .. I've seen " lots of talk " already. CheersAre you aware of how the Companion Card works? I was an assistant coordinator in disabilities years ago. Clients would have a care plan funded for them through Disability Services I think it was called back then.I genuinely do want to see where you read of these services being funded by ndis .. I've seen " lots of talk " already. Cheers
A google search will find many articles on the topic. Generally the articles are reporting on arguments suggesting that such services should not be funded. By implication, the services are already being funded, with some people saying they should not be.I genuinely do want to see where you read of these services being funded by ndis .. Not off topic at all, Aged Care sometimes crosses fields with Disability Support.Sort of on topic but I have visited a WL who told me she provides services of this nature at aged care facilities. Not sure if it is with the knowledge of the owners or otherwise.
You gotta be kidding me.I genuinely do want to see where you read of these services being funded by ndis .. I've seen " lots of talk " already. Cheers
Hardly the case and I knew it was only time before someone would draw that card. It’s a cheap card to play and a misinformed one.You gotta be kidding me.
are you telling me that part of my extremely high taxes, yes, the money the goverment steals from my family every year and for which I see little return.
my hard earned is not only financing my drug addic neighbour but is also financing some dude in the dole going fucking scorts?. Fucking seriously?.
Nothing cheap about taxes champ. I could buy a fucking new car every year or pay 3 kids private school with what these motherfuckers take from me.Hardly the case and I knew it was only time before someone would draw that card. It’s a cheap card to play and a misinformed one.
Again simple thinking. Most have payed their taxes through life too before retirement or have self funded managed income others might have trust funds from inheritance. Funding comes from far more than just taxes. Be informed in your criticisms of others.Nothing cheap about taxes champ. I could buy a fucking new car every year or pay 3 kids private school with what these motherfuckers take from me.
Yeah but what's the point of a new car without taxes to fund roads and other infrastructure.Nothing cheap about taxes champ. I could buy a fucking new car every year or pay 3 kids private school with what these motherfuckers take from me.
I am not saying no taxes at all. Pretty happy if it were 30k per year. Not the outrageous amounts this fucking gov takes away to have such shitty roads here in RadelaideYeah but what's the point of a new car without taxes to fund roads and other infrastructure.
