This world we live in is completely subjective to how we wish for our own opinions to compete for what is ideal, and fair; even if others too have their own to share.

Sure I don't even find amazons remotely attractive.

But would I respect them more than anyone who has less than enough guts to go what they've been through? Absolutely. Speaking as someone who is skinny yet doing strength-train & calisthenics exercise/s up to six days a week and practising the most unorthodox of all nutritional beliefs - there is more to the mind & body than what you see on the skin.

MAK is correct in all political counts. Have a look at clip4sale.com, kinkbomb, etc where porn and fetishes are as varied as there are 6500 languages spoken on earth. How one expresses, the other is confused. What you find repulsive, is another's fantasy.

Spending to much time in the gym is not at all bad its a good habit though ..
But for me taking steroid are the worst thing for gym fellas. . Men who use androgenic anabolic steroids such as testosterone may face a higher risk of early death and of experiencing more hospital admissions according to me..

I don’t know man, it’s not that bad. It’s like drinking beer/wine/scotch, some people enjoy a couple of drinks on the weekend and feel great, while others get blackout drunk every night and ruin their health. That doesn’t mean that all alcohol is bad all the time.

Same with steroids, stay at a sensible dose and it’s healthy and performance improving. Go too high and you’ll wreck your health.

And most people that take steroids focus really hard on their overall health, taking care of their blood pressure, liver health, etc. with diet and supplements tailored to it.

Not that I look like it, but testosterone is my drug of choice and I love it :)

I truly believe that you must either have genetics to lift weights or be enhanced by a taking a bunch of chemicals to lift weights and gain muscle mass. Body Builders are impressive to watch and they lift heavy things. I am a fan of Phil Heath and other famous body builders that have motivation videos on Youtube. 3-D look and jacked to the maximum.

The women focus on toning and improving their beach body look. The guys are smashing out heavy weights, taking stacks of chemicals to become the most jacked scary looking guys on the planet. Having the best tan lotions improves the shadowing effect and enhances the muscle definition.

Rich Piana and Dallas McCarver died tragically a couple of years ago and they were my heroes and I wish I looked like those guys. Rich Piana was known for his huge arms, massive biceps, he was jacked to the limit and wanted to be bigger and stronger. Dallas was jacked and young and he had so much potential to be a great body builder.

Absolutely, seeing Rich and Dallas pass away so close to each gave the whole industry a wake up call. Those boys were pushing it hard on all fronts though!

It’s fun playing the game, but I’ll never look like those blokes so won’t push the juice up as high and risk my health.

The range of natural testosterone levels for a male is ~300-1100 ng/dL. A typical bodybuilding cycle will put your levels at around 3,000. Dallas McCarver’s test levels at his autopsy were 55,000 ng/dL! Absolutely insane.

I know when I’m on cycle, walking around with 10 times more testosterone than a regular guy my age, the physiological effects are unreal. It’s scary to think how he’d feel.

Having said that the real fun is when you start taking Tren, a veterinary drug used in livestock to make them grow more muscle quickly before slaughter. It’s 5 times more androgenic than testosterone, and it makes you want to fuck *everything* that you can. Regardless of your normally preferred gender, kinks, desires and impulses. Inanimate objects look alluring and inviting. A waft of perfume makes your eyes glaze over like a great white shark.

I’m coming off it now, and wow the thoughts I had 3 weeks ago that were perfectly normal at the time are now making me question life. I won’t elaborate, but it’s last-page-of-pornhub stuff. And sex is literally on your mind 24/7, it sounds like fun but it’s all consuming. You can’t work, watch TV, go for a relaxing drive. It’s just “I need to be fucking now” - And, again, I’m on a low dose compared to the big boys!

Paradoxically the elevated prolactin makes it harder to orgasm. So you’ve never been more horny and less able to orgasm in your life. Hell of a drug.

It's fascinating stuff, could talk for hours on in :) You know how in some computer games there's a cheat mode or a special code you can enter to give you an advantage? When you're on cycle it feels like that - You walk in the gym and the "gravity setting" has been reduced! hehe

In your training journal you'd have something like "Benched xxx for 8 reps to failure". When you're on cycle you go in and work up to that weight, only to find you can push out 12 reps and it's easy. Like another warmup. On average you can end up putting 5kgs on to your personal best every week for 3 months, it's crazy. What a rush!

But there are side effects my friend... :)

Working out is pointless if you are a guy with an ugly face because you are still ugly.
Working out for us ugly guys is just cope and helps kill boredom of having so much time being alone.
Ugly guys still get rejected by all women on dating sites.
I have tried and tested out my experiment on dating sites year ago and 100s of responses sent out and no responses regardless of how detailed my profile or messages were.
I miss the routine of working out hard, strict diet and looking better but it means nothing when no one appreciates it.

Depends on why you work out? If you work out to impress others then there’s nothing you can do to succeed, when you place yourself in a position to be judged someone somewhere will have a dig.

Exercise has so many benefits beyond the outward appearance. It’s a stress reliever that releases endorphins making your body feel good, and a sense of accomplishment that makes your soul feel good. Oh, and I always forget - It improves your health too! hehe.

I tried therapy and it did not change my anything.
Did working out improve my happiness? No
Did working out make me more attractive? No
It was just a waste of time and lots of pain and I hated dealing with the random comments by the haters at the gym.
The bigger jerks gave me a hard time for being the skinny guy that ran on the treadmill or on the cardio machines and never used any weights because I am not strong enough.
My day/week would be ruined by some jerk at the gym that I would never respond to.

You should consider doing free hand at home or wherever you like before hitting the Gym

I actually don’t think the gym is the answer for everyone .

There are walking groups which are social and also cycling groups can be easy all levels lots of areas .

The gym can be super intimidating that must be remembered and noted and doing stuff at home is not suitable your home is for rest you need to get outside of there xxx

A marathon is such tough endurance event for the untrained non-elite runner to go through. You have to have the mental strength and iron will to keep going and train and maintain fitness and overcome injuries and fight through the pain and keep going and get through the 42.2 km of agony. I have ran 9 marathons, I hope to come back to overcome my mental demons and run my 10th marathon and fight through the mental and physical pain in 2020. Lose some weight and reach 70kg again, build fitness and just stay strong and hope for the best.

I am in my 30s and that means women under 30 are not going to be interested in me because of the age factor. I have missed the boat in regards to attracting younger women they only want the young fit guys. Both genders peak in their youth 18 to 30 and it is downhill after 30. I wasted my 20s playing video games, watching porn and posting tens of thousands of posts online instead of mixing with people my own age group. I am not a people person, I have an introverted personality and that means social interactions are challenging. I fully understand that out going extroverts are attracted to other extroverts and introverts must find other introverts.

Some time ago every morning i use to do some free hand at my room using some trainer app for six months and must the the results were as promised its just need some determination and where there's a will there's a way isn't it.
