i see your road deaths and raise you to 9.5 million per year from heart disease (not counting the 6 million per year through strokes as well)
also, about 6 million per year already die from pulmonary disease and respiratory infections.
that's basically the top 4 killers at 21.5 million per year. (according to W.H.O. latest from 2016)
