Its a maximum fine of $6,000 so I can't see her getting that and her defence team is also playing the 'sexist' defence - ie if a shirtless man walked into the store and started to protest would he be arrested and charged? More likely she will get a fine at the lower end - obviously depends on what mood the magistrate is in next week and whether the Police Prosecutors can effectively debate that the management and shoppers in the store at the time were visibly and psychologically scared.
