One last point to make and I'd like to know if anyone else feels the same but, part of the reason I never suggested to my ex that I seek sex outside our relationship is that I find irregular sex is unsatisfying and frustrating. For me it's like being wheel chair bound for ages then suddenly someone says quick stand up and let's go jogging and I chuck a wobbly lol
So if I can't have sex regularly and consistently then I'd rather avoid it and just cuddle and give foot rubs etc.

Ahoy, My life has always been "irregular sex" it goes "Hot and Cold"
but I still believe there are couples and marriages out-there where sex is a non-issue, they are together because they wish to or have a strong reason for the relationship, I do not see this as strange, just a away of living that they have adapted.

I know many couples like this HP. There are are a surprising number of asexual couples out there. I have a couple of friends in their 20's who identify as this. They've been together three years and have never had sex nor are interested.

I guess in my sheltered upbringing I haven't come across this phenomenon, but I suppose it would work as long as both parties knew and accepted what lay ahead before getting hitched. If both have low sex drives / sex is unimportant to both, that's fine. But if one partner is always randy and the other never reciprocates, I cannot see the union lasting for very long without some sort of outlet for Randy.

Yes it's interesting, I've had some long conversations with people that identify as asexual. They don't have low sex drives they say they have none. The main issue they had was early on having relationships and not understanding this and then their partner who wasn't asexual not understanding why their asexual partner didn't want sex.
Then there's demisexual, those that are attracted to girls called Demi.... Lol no joking sorry it means only sexually attracted to someone through their personality and not by their physical looks. Then there is sapiosexual, someone who's predominantly sexually attracted to intelligence in a person. I nearly identified as the last two except boobs and a cute bottom makes me go all warm and fuzzy

Very interesting, Dallas. So those of us who are not devastatingly handsome can seek out a demi or sapiosexual. Those of us who also have neither a personality nor much intelligence are stuffed presumably. There was a time I really wanted to Roger Demi Moore.

Sex is very important in my relationships, we don't have to be doing it multiple times a day but when we do it needs to be good, like screaming down the house good, otherwise I'd rather be single and just be friends lol

I have no doubt some have higher abilities than others we are all alike but also very different a number factors come into the way people think and how they apply and see themselves in this world, what they need and how they feel, Individual brilliance is matter of opinion and placing ones correctly in time, An open mind to me is a brilliant mind because you can work with the willing and the wanting not with the self obsessive who only want for themselves that have private hidden agendas and do not share this and this turns into sabotage on its self, To turn on so many who have given all they have and more in some cases is not honour its not loyalty and its not trust and these are all the things are required to make a family work. Its very difficult for some to admit that there is brilliance in many and I find that truly horrible this is destructive and counterproductive. A Great leader leads by example and trust his men if he doesn't then they shouldn't be there one or the other. The only person we should blame when things go wrong is ourselves we are aware of the decisions we make and we all have the ability to power up and to stand up for what we believe in. The moment we are to afraid to trust each other with what we think we begin to lie to each other and we see turns in attitude and results and things start to go wrong one after another. I have seen this go both ways and personally I have found it always the case that someone doesn't want to be seen as failure compared to someone else and thats the communism leaders attitude instead of legacy you have the thinking of power until the the end, you should have had a legend for all time they become the destroyer of their own people look threw history and two names Jesus and Alexander the Great both listened to their men and both died young but both have left their names in history forever and both loved by even their enemies today. Its much better when everybody has a chance to make their lives better for someone and they will try their best for the collective cause. When one person cares and another one does so on, so on you have the the makings of something special. As person I get the worst out of someone so they hopefully see what they can be and realise that nobody likes a hypocrite. Its all about the decisions and our reasons for living, Getting out of the gutter has nothing to do with possession and control its a family and working together to be able to support each other when needed, A millionaire's mind can be in the gutter and its worse than living in the gutter with a true friend cause at least you are honest with each other when its true, God has saved me because I have tried to help people since I was old enough to get hurt and I believed the more I got hurt the more I wanted to help people who where getting hurt like me I tried my best I loved and now I have a better life and i'm always seeing other peoples feelings being hurt and that seed creates one problem and another and another and turns to hate. Look at each before you act and think if I hurt there feeling its my feelings I hurt as well and this will lead to a better life for everyone that believes in each other.. You protect each other by identifying anyone who is trying to destroy this you can turn them good together one at a time occasionally around 1/100 you cant and you will know evil when u see it. U feel it but I bet you it will run away when it sees how strong you are. Individual brilliance is God who over time created us and gives us faith and what you ask for but its no always a package or as you thought you would it be but just remember what you asked for and whats occurring. I drove home last week and said thank you god thank you god thank you god thank you god and told a girl about it today, the whole experience and she said it was really cute and I was happy again she has my standards higher than I could have ever imagined because gods the best and his real and his cute jesus was God as one of us and a innocent man who let people crucify him so they would know the meaning of wrong and never forget what they did to a good man. If you Pray and you believe and you ask God for help and if you have a problem use these words "God Please help me handle "my problem, or the persons name, anything in general" over and over again and think of the pain and asked for help with it and see what happens and dont be ashamed to cry but don't beg his not a prick his a spirit thats has put a universe into he is ready to listen and he will answer you and give you what at the right in the right place but it comes in stages and you will need keep thanking him and praying to him when you feel like it. The stronger the faith the bigger the miracle. Its easier to find him when your desperate for saving because you really need to believe in something when nothing else believes in you and he will find you and lift you up and give you another chance to be happy only the creator has the individual brilliance to hear us all and save us from hell and take us to a beautiful life on this earth first then the next. Pray in the park, Pray in your car, don't pray on the toilet I have not had any luck there, read the paper on the lou, im saying we are created in love God wants us to love not to hate. To me these girls are Angels from heaven sent to make people feel better about themselves the way they have for me I say a bad girl is a good girl or an educated woman who knows the difference between right and wrong good and bad they are giving something that requires a massive amount of trust and guts and forgiveness. They understand how hard life can be when things go wrong. Team GoD says Intelligent Design Stop doubting our creator and start living the live he gave us. I pray that happiness finds who ever reads and understands i'm not pushing this on you i'm just sharing this with you. Its my life its now or never cause i'm not going to live forever.
