Yes you could as it's really no different to meeting someone the conventional ways..It provides and opens up opportunities to people who you normally would not meet.
However...few words of caution. People may develop a different personas online and when you finally meet them they are completely different. What could be witty one liners and LOL online becomes silence when face to face.
I think the way to use online dating is to meet up in the real world if you feel there is a click. Don't drag out an online relationship for months only to find they are not who they are or some nigerian prince

If you have a chance to start your life all over... What would you do differently this time...? I must say, I would change NOTHING. My life was never easy, but I learn. God I l Learn. I did made mistakes on the way but as life shows..... It was for good reasons.

I think the major religions came to be invented by men in a time when there was little knowledge to explain the world and its wonders, and also perhaps because man considers himself too great a being to simply be born, live and die like every other life in this world.
Many of my religious friends tell me this idea makes mans life less valuable, i disagree exactly because our life is only that happens between life and death that every day is more precious and a challenge to be the best we can be………….."live each day like it was your last"

Speaking for myself....
Believing would be a term that I find inappropriate. I acknowledge that there is a consciousness that rules of the the creation (in all tenses) over the three realms that we as humans live within. And this Source is not separate from us. Through our lifetimes are we able to find our way back to this consciousness... I guess its the game called life we put ourselves through.
Many amazing enlightened ones that realised this to large degrees tried to share this with us. Yet they are mostly misinterpreted and later on begged upon for personal greed or benefits. Like the amount of times I have seen incense offered to a clay idol in the hope of monetary gains. Even of the work is work that hurts people.
An inner peace can be gained as all we need is within us. Through the predestined events of our lives are there to unveil certain truths and understandings to us.
I am weary of anything that falls under religions as there are many vested interests from humans that are not far from money, power, and property.
SO to me spirituality and religion are 2 very different things.

I met a girl, very christian, I did 6 weeks with the pastor of the local Anglican church, the course Christianity explained once a week i went. I learnt that for forgiveness you must believe in Jesus Christ, he is our path to heaven.....that's it, I don't know anyone who has stopped in at heaven and come back, nor hell for that matter. Its a shamozzel, love that word!, BUT look up Maslow's hierarchy of needs, if humanities, or as a human, if humans purpose can be explained, this is it for me. I'm still at the security part...owning a house!
