Sorry, apologies I was working. Didn't have time to check the forum and needed to put responding on top of my priority list. Thanks for that...but I'm still waiting for AsianGuy to comment on why he thought the show was 'laughable'...
Firstly I wholeheartedly condone any illegal trafficking or forcing people against their will. Sure, there are maybe cases of that and should be stamped out. However, you also probably find many work illegally not because they forced but enter on a visa where they shouldn't be working.
What's laughable was the way 60 minutes put the story together. These ads all have the same number, oh it must be from a crime syndicate. Oh, we tried calling the number they didn't pick up, must be part of crime syndicate. What WL takes calls. Oh, I asked she does no condom. Nice editing to make it appear she meant with no condom with penetrative, not bj. Those ladies working in those motels seem more like the bait and switch we hear about on here.
Also, oh we got damning evidence and testimony from a girl who they blurred but it was only a reenactment. Oh, she said she knew was coming for massage and sex.
Were the guys they confronted pimps, probably. Forcing the girls, debatable. They probably did set up fake visas, but I think most of here know most that of the girls we see are not here to study or for holiday. Then complain, when the prices skyrocket and lack of rotation of girls through out the country
