Anyone watched this weeks 60 minutes 'undercover' sting on so called trafficked Asian working ladies.. The way they put that story together is kind of laughable..

This sordid business has been going on for years and both our authorities and those overseas seem pretty helpless to stop it. There were a few raids in Perth back in the nineties where Asian "students" were caught working outside the terms of their visas and a well-publicised raid on a Sydney "sex slave" setup but no real national effort has ever been made to tighten up immigration laws.

In my punting days I had no qualms about paying W.L.s for their services in well-run brothels but I would never even think about entering those sleazy motels featured in the 60 Minutes report.
