You need to get your office staff to update the roster on the website. It still shows LAST week's roster, and it's almost the end of this week. :)
 
Attitude on phone is always a sign. It never improves. So bad phone attitude, don't go. Good phone attitude can be an act. So, I talk to them and ask questions. That usually sorts out the good from the bad.

Once you find a WL who does it for, be a repeat client. It usually gets better as you get used to each other. Most WLs get friendlier with regulars who they like. They usually show they like you, so you go back. If they don't like you they are likely to do (or not do) something which will cause you not to return.
