I have no interest in going to the sky show nor do I live in fear of covid.
I do however find it totally unacceptable behaviour to disallow Australians from attending without getting the jabs.
We all have different opinions on the situation and this could go around and around in circles
We all like a good punt here though so let’s move on from this and I hope we can all go back to one of our favourite pastimes safely soon.

Thanks mate. Last I checked, she was pregnant. Do you know if she has delivered? I'm not really big on the pregnant/lactation thing.

I get a better view of the fireworks at home than I ever did when I took the trouble to go down to South Perth.
I get to drink as much as I like, then crash into bed.
There is no traffic there, no parking and long distance hiking to the river, no traffic on the way back, no drunken yobbos swearing and cursing around young families, no cops asking for my certificates, no queuing for the dunny, no trying to hide behind a tree to pee, easy access to cold beer from the fridge, microwaved snacks whenever I feel like them, no chance of getting CV19.

Where do you think I will be watching the fireworks from ?

This all goes deeper than that. People are genuinely fighting for our freedoms and being ridiculed for it.
Same time Perth fireworks plan to go ahead with Marshalls checking certificates. Is this Australian? On Australia Day? Besides that how do they plan to social distance while checking peoples status?

WA records 24 COVID cases prompting renewed testing plea

A further 24 local COVID-19 cases have been recorded overnight, forcing Health Minister Amber-Jade Sanderson to concede the Omicron strain cannot be eliminated in WA.

The numbers are coming in now slowly, ppl can't avoid it.( To the ppl that didn't sigh in or used a fake name) Now there's 51 active cases from the 3 shops mentioned. And Other sub-clusters include Willagee which has now grown to 14 cases, nine in Safety Bay, 13 in Coolbellup, four in the Armadale suburb of Haynes and three in Manning. Not sure if any more shops are going to be in the firing line.

Looks bad. Guess anyone that has been to shops in those areas, might or will become postive in the days to come. Within a 2-3 week period. Time will tell. ( Also not going to name shops, just in case that pesky reporter or police decide to come on here looking for targets)
