Big, small , huge, flat chested even a sunken chest, enhanced or natural, doesn't matter to me at all, rather the ladies be smaller in other areas. Just a simple but true fact for all of you guys out there, most ladies do not like there boobs being manhandled at all, yes a very gentle suck & a soft lick is okay with the ladies but you must ask first. If you think that they like there boobs being treated like a juggling act in a circus then you are wrong, if you don't believe me simply ask the lady. I think government enforcement of the law is required, once a caution is issued to workers then banning and jail can procede and rid industry of it, petitioning to government officials would be first steps and media releases. Creating an unfair playing field in industry and dangerous

Totally agree if our health department would get off their butts and fine the operators that offer unsafe sex services it would clean up the act very quickly most want to do the right thing. I will say that most asian girls do the right thing, it is the bosses often that advertise services that say natural sex putting the girl in an uncomfortable situation when the client asks.
Asian girls are also often convinced that you are silly is safe if they gargle with mouthwash these sort of operators should be closed down.
It would not be difficult to enforce if it was like a motor ticket fine in the first 1-2 instances.
I have always believed if they change the laws all operators should have to do a health license like we do for driving, if thru the health department rather than the police this could be very effective.
 
I think a first step would be to charge anyone advertising unprotected penetrative sex. That could be done easily by checking ads, and without raiding premises, and would operate at the level of management in the case of parlours and brothels, rather than directly punishing the workers.

A second step would be proper education of sex workers through the department of health. The research mentioned at the top of this thread found that sex workers were much more likely to use protection if they got their advice from reliable medical sources than if they relied on advice from their own clients (who may be darlings, but aren't all geniuses, and are naturally a bit biased in this area).

Further research could then be done to see if that has fixed things.

I wouldn't want to take things further and have police checking up on workers in their day to day provision of services. It would be rather difficult to catch people in the act of unprotected sex: and I don't think we want to have police officers phoning up and pretending to be clients and asking for unprotected sex and then charging people as a result. That's a step back to the bad old days I think (with all the risks to safety and the dangers of corruption that were involved).

I really like the idea of licensing through the department of health. Let the police regulate the advertising of services, but keep them out of sex workers' rooms.
 
Hi everyone. I have a bit of an issue in that I appear to have arrived at 'old age' without really noticing it! I don't feel particularly old but the calendar says I'm 66 and it don't lie! I get 'age is just a number' and 'you're only as old as the woman you're feeling' etc but the the world changes how it feels about you as you age, like it or not!

So here I am, technically old, married to a lovely woman who isn't interested in anything sexual anymore. I'm not the stud I used to be myself (just saying!) but I still love the look and feel of the female form, and the idea of close contact with fingers and other things!

Police and government can be harsh these days. Text things, record things, first penalty is dismissal or other penalty , even sorts things out pretty quick. The ministers aren't interested obviously and just let in run. Needs community support.
 
Yep, every other client or patient. Stds all round ! Sharings caring, I had read stories decades ago those with std love to share, smile barebacker, those that have are.

I remember reading how street walking girls had to go to judge and get told do it again you are punished/ charged.

Guys trying to pick up cops walking as street walkers charged men. The street walkers disappeared from those areas.
