Doob, you never never know if the conspiracy theories helped get the charges laid, the police are rarely as secretive as they have been with this case

If someone had a conspiracy theory they could have gone public with it, all the media would have paid them well for it. I've to disagree, many police units work actively behind the scenes. Also languages other than English make it hard to follow a trial even when using forensic translaters and linguists.

It might come down to the fact that the first man is Chinese as well as the Lady. But they have not let the second man's name out yet.
Chinese on Chinese drug and prostitution .
Is there other things behind the scenes . ?? .
Sex trafficking is a major Chinese trade.
My thoughts.

Probably important for you to know more details so you can help protect those in the industry.
How do you know it’s related to the industry?

The story will eventually come out, like it always does. The police aren’t going to release that information until it goes to court, and nor should they. If there were further risks they’d make those at risk aware.

I’m sure people know what happened, and I’m also sure we’re not going to get that information here on a public forum, and certainly not before it goes to court.

Let’s see if the conspiracy theorists are right or not when it’s all done?

Just because the police are not always overt in their investigations, it doesn’t mean they’re not doing anything. It just depends on the case, information they already have, information they are collecting, letting the line run to set the hook firm.

Good to hear they pick up the suspects.

Read the news articles above where it states the industry or refer to posts by MK and others.

Others here knew the victim, I didn’t.

So far as what happened that may come at some point.

I don’t need to know but there others who may for their own safety.

Nowhere it states it’s related to the industry, it simply says she was a sex worker, and from that people are speculating that’s why she was murdered.

Why would others need to know for their own safety, 2 people have already been arrested?

That's assuming they are guilty. I'm not saying they are innocent (or guilty), just that we don't know yet. Remember, innocent until proven guilty which is why it's going to court.

Of course, the police obviously think they’re guilty though.

Time will tell.

Yes. But let us remember that many a man has been arrested by the police and jailed by the court only to be found innocent decades later.

In the following case, evidence did not exist:

Others:

I'm sure there a loads of examples but you get the gist.

And to re-iterate, I'm not saying that the two men arrested are innocent or guilty.

Cops won't press charges of they aren't confident enough to secure a conviction.

As for the DPP, an ambitious one will go all out to nail you down no matter how weak the case is.

All in all, WAPOL and DPP get their bonuses for every person jailed. There's a quota in place.

For sure they believe they have enough evidence to convict these 2, otherwise they would have kept digging. It’ll be up to a jury now to decide guilt or innocence. At least in Australia they’ll get a fair hearing, they wouldn’t get that back in their homeland of China.

It’s very sad to think this lady was just trying to make a living and now she’s gone at a very young 42 years old, and she has left behind a daughter to fend for herself, presumably she’ll go back to China I guess, I can’t imagine she’d want to stay in Perth now.

I believe the kid is still in the mother country. As for the two men, what they have done, if true, is so heinous that they should face capital punishment.

For the record, I spent two years fighting to clear my name of fabricated charges. Even after my acquittal, most of the equipment seized from me during the investigation have not been returned at all, neither have I heard from the authorities. Since then, I would only vote for candidates who openly espouse anti-police sentiments. It's a no-brainer I consider the Trains of Wieambilla to be one of the greatest patriots around.

Pretty sure what happened in Fontana could also happen in Perth. Actually, it might have, if you consider Andrew Mallard. It was our free press that saved him. Some countries like China and Singapore won't even allow journalists to do their job properly.

That's despicable, but not as despicable as jailing a man for 28 years based on a dream with no evidence whatsoever.

Fontana police should have been ordered to add two extra zeroes to the settlement amount to ensure these things are not repeated. The 900K settlement is not enough of a deterrent.

Or they should be necklaced in accordance to Nigerian style jungle justice. It would make them think more than twice about doing the same thing I future.

Even Sherele Moody is speculating. She says the incident wasn't even mentioned in her home country and yet doesn't know her name. Perhaps there was a reason the case was only just released to the public.

your right, i should but unfortunately this is just a hobby of mine and i prefer to live a very quite life, i used to openly advocate on topics like this, disabilities, mental health ect on my instagram account
as i have some personal experience but over the past year i have chosen to step back from my public advocation and choose a more "quite" life

i just thought id put my thoughts on this topic out there, i didnt mean any harm
Thank you for sharing your very detailed response with us in this space. It gives a very rare insight that many would never consider in relation to violence against sex workers 💕

I saw Neveah at Fiona's the other week. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it's Yovia, just a different name.

The massage was pretty good to others I've gotten but the pre flip was amazing. One of, if not the best, I've ever had. She really knows what to do and definitely makes me want to go back. Be mindful, she does use a lot of oil which feels great but can be annoying to clean up.
