I can imagine Bali changing Big time after 3 years.

Better get your miles in on heading to bali before the new law sets in. Probably thailand will be the next cheapest.

To be honest it's the radicals in any religion that are the dangerous ones. I agree it's shameful they have released Patek, he should rot in hell. Christianity has it's far share of radicals too. The Catholic and Anglican church have allowed boys and girls to be bashed and raped by the very people entrusted with their care. Radicals in islam and radicals in Christian denominations are just using their faith as a front to achieve their own selfish desires. The vast majority of 'believers' are moderates in every religion in my opinion.
 
One can only hope that the huge majority of moderate Indonesian people - who rose up and kicked Suharto out in 1998 - will wake up and put a stop to this downward slide.

I've been to Indonesia and found the people there to be lovely gentle people who only smiled, shrugged and shook their heads at the antics of the tiny group of super religious fanatics.

Time to stop smiling and shrugging !
 
There's political struggle between conservatives and moderates in Indonesia, just like here. If implemented, this will be national law that police in Bali may not be too keen to enforce.
Any prosecution of a foreigner under this law will be newsworthy and normally require local co-accused - masturbation will still be legal. Any police using this law for corruption would create far more risk, for less return, than planting drugs or paying commission to drug dealers. Expect no actual consequence beyond local sexworkers increasing prices.

Vast majority of Balinese practice Hinduism not Islamic religion. Unlikely you will see the strict interpretation of Islamic law on the island given how important the tourist dollar is to the Indo economy. However I guess the law will still apply to them.

I've always wanted to visit a brothel, but after reading alot of reviews the general consesus seems to be ehhhh. That AMPs are more worth it.
Still, could anyone recommend one for the experience? Preferably around East Perth.
Pretty new here, would appreciate any replies thanks.

Go visit a brothel and make your own decision! Everyone has their own preferences, you may find you find that experience works better for you. Upsides to a brothel (IMO) are that you always know you are going to get FS, you pay for the service with no $70 charge for 1 hour massage on top of the FS fee, you generally get to view all the ladies before you choose rather than offered whoever is next in line. I was also going to add that brothels generally have shower facilities but some AMPs are upgrading their rooms to provide this too now.

I think the "ehhh" consensus is just the state of punting in WA at the moment... not much in the way of new talent and increasing prices for a service that lacks enthusiasm.
 
Look at their websites. Read profiles, prices etc. It depends on what time u visit. Popular girls get booked out. Prob go for 30 mins ( no budget mentioned). East perth area? Not many i can think of.

Langtrees, east east perth - burswood. Look at their website. Preferably book ahead if choosing this place. Popular girls get booked out & u miss out if hoping to walk in. Pay at reception when first arrive. They give u ticket which u show to girl.

Esquires, again look at website. They have roster. Been a while since i been there. Last time i paid girl after making choice. Better to book ahead if poss. Discuss extras with girl.

International 300 dont like their website or place (no roster i can see).

Club 316 North Perth. They have website and roster. Parking not the easiest. Either on premises or across road in shop centre or one of the side streets.

Try to choose not a busy time. Less punter competition. Look at each website where u can make a decision at your own time and clearer thinking. Also look at reviews comments here if available. Good luck!

To pay 400p/h for a less than average chick with obvious low quality touch up work done that you probably wouldnt touch if you picked her up for free at a bar is pathetic.
 
It would be nice to know what to expect before someone arrives at a place so they don't make some mistakes or waste their time, especially for first timers removing a bunch of mental barriers to get them going

Particularly regarding Langtrees I've seen a variety of fragmented information in reviews, posted or displayed, having any rules or procedures be more centralized might be useful
For example, apparently theres an entrance fee? But this might only apply at night, but what time is considered night doesn't seem to be said?
Would they be fine with a guy bringing in a work or gym bag like most places or since it's a bit more high end is that considered a security concern and thus banned? What should someone prepare for or know when coming/entering/paying etc like refund policy(Apparently doesn't exist but theres a credit system?)

I might seem lame requesting things like this and not just accepting running wild into the unknown like most seem to, personally tho knowing the situation I'll be walking into when I go through some doors is quite comforting
 
Chat with one of Langtrees friendly staff or ladies who post here for a walkthrough of what to expect.

If you book a lady ahead letting them know it’s your first time I’m sure they’d greet you on arrival at reception. I think even giving you a tour of the establishment.

Maybe start off with a short booking first to get the feel of attending a brothel.

I remember my first brothel visit, it wasn’t Langtrees and didn’t have this resource of the internet and forums. Just the newspaper and Yellow Pages phone book.
 
Usually with a big group of guys that come in and one or two of them don’t want to go through into a booking they’ll have to pay a lounge fee which is $50. That allows them to mingle with ladies, drink and play pool while they wait for their mates to finish with the booking.

In regards to big bags you can leave it by reception bc it can be annoying carrying it around the establishment.

The credit system from my knowledge, is given to guys who haven’t seen/met a lady they like so they’re given a couple weeks (not too sure on how long the credit last) to cash it in, however to avoid leaving the est without a credit you should come bit earlier in the night from 10pm -12am (before peak time) they’d be lots of girls working.
