Be careful when taking anything not prescribed by a doctor.

Yeah, I ended up just seeing the doctor and he prescribed me to start out with 50mg of Sildenafil which is the average starting dose prescribed by most doctors depending on the person. I did notice the Super Kamagra had 100mg of Sildenafil which I've been told is the highest allowable prescribed dose and more side effect prone so this may explain why many who take the whole tablet had noticeable varying levels of side effects and for those who cut it in half from 100 down to 50mg, the side effect is not as severe. While I have been prescribed 50mg, I'll cut it in half down to 25mg and start at a lower dose just to be safe as this is my first time taking such thing and want to see how my body reacts at the lowest dose. Main thing is, definitely go to a doctor first and ensure it is right for you.

She's a nice lady but has really packed on a lot of pounds since those photos were taken. If you like big mature girls then give her a go.
