Good comments - thanks for that! Curious though how several cut out the somewhat older market. I'd have thought that that market had more time, more money, treated them with more respect (I know a generalization) and as some ladies have told me, were better at the sex too. In fact a lot of escorts I have met prefer the older men (those who are in decent shape they said). However, one young adorable Asian escort told me she prefers the younger ones because they usually don't want to kiss or do DATY - they just get straight to it, older people, in her experience, were much more likely to seek the GFE type of booking.... everyone is different which is the one constant!! :)

Seems up front and fine to me. There is no room for a potential client to say "but your ad doesn't say......."

What exactly did you find 'questionable' about her ad? I literally can't find anything in the ad that would make me question visiting her.
 
Definitely no issues from what I read.
At the end of the day the lady has to be comfortable with who she is seeing.
As a client wouldn’t you rather avoid women who didn’t want to see you rather than waste your money on a less than satisfactory booking?

Age doesn’t bother me either. At least she’s upfront about age.
Much better than getting someone who takes your money and provides crap service because of your age.

Plenty of ladies have also told me their reasons for denial of service.

New entrants seem to appear every time I google “Perth adult classifieds” having a site is one thing getting traffic to it is another.

Yes, she is a very busy woman though, has around 10 clients a day and takes no more bookings after 7pm. She is actually older than she makes out to be which surprises me about the age limit thing. Uses too much lube which is just dangerous when your smashing away! Lots of fake moans and service can be a bit rushed and will get you out the door ready for the next punter. Seen her a few times now. She will sit in the lounge while you shower and get dressed and you can tell by that look she wants you to hurry and get out. She doesn’t shower with you like originally stated in her ad no kissing and no massage. Yeah expensive though for an Asian lady there are many cheaper just as good options around. YMMV

It is a private house. I have contacted them before but never been there. The pics they sent look like they could be legit. Was just wanting to reach out to the forum before i headed there to satisfy my curiosity.
