avoid the one in Greenwood. Older Sth American lady and an absolute butcher. Had some really shit review on gumtree by some ladies but she changed her ad so the reviews disappeared.
 
With the conversion of that section of Murray Street into a shared space, reduced passing foot traffic might slow business down. Then again the pedestrian barrier fences might provide also more discreteness.

I'm familiar with the Chinese owner of Lu Dan Ni Massage, 293C Hay Street, East Perth, located on the south side of the street between Bennett Street and Hill Street ... it's a small shop with one pleasantly large fully enclosed room and two smaller cubicles up front. Free parking is available to the rear of the adjacent laneway (you might just need to open the large chain link entrance gate).

The ladies are all proficient at Chinese massage, but as suggested by most punters, you won't find any youngsters here ... 2 or 3 ladies work each day from 9:30am until late (9:30pm +) ... generally aged mid 30s to early 40s.

i search 'real' or 'free' as in real photo or fuck for free, improves my chances, and the photo tells you a lot too, its easy to spot the stock photos they are usually too polished. if you line up 2 or 3 in same area you can just walk on any fakes easily enough, it has to be a given otherwise that behaviour is acceptable
 
I went for a walk this afternoon around Claisebrook Cove and noticed the Massage Shop at the end of Fiedler Street (opposite the ramp to Claisebrook Station) is up for lease. Only visited it once in the evening and the young Asian girl that massaged me was teasing and playing with me within the first 5 minutes of an hour massage. Gave a good massage and good HR once I flipped over around the 40 min mark.

Went past this afternoon at 4.50pm - was greeted by a busty Asian Lady around 30 wearing a cream jumper and leather mini skirt (not looking like any of the ladies in the Ad). They advertise they close at 7pm on the sandwich board out front (9pm on their Ad). Asked for 1 hour massage - place wasn't busy - all rooms empty. She just said too long, so I just said fine goodbye. I won't be back there again.

On my way home I passed Piyawat Thai Massage (cnr. Bennet Street & Wellington Street) - curious to know if anybody has visited and are they strictly legit or do they other extras?

Piyawat Thai Massage operates three studios in Perth, the Bennett Street location being a recent addition to their pre-existing Victoria Park and Belmont studios ... I recommend Victoria Park as the best of the three venues.

First up, these businesses are strictly legit ... the ladies are genuine Thais and are universally friendly ... with familiarity, one or two ladies have in the past indulged me with some affectionate touching or hugging, but there's definitely never been any 'extras' on offer. What you do get is a proper uninterrupted massage, with a warm water foot bath performed prior to entering your massage room.

After your massage, I recommend you sit back in the reception area and indulge in a complimentary cup of their unique tea.

A Cindy and Rusy are now advertising on Locanto working from a Private house in Bateman. I suspect they are the same ones mentioned in this thread. Had a nice massage from Cindy last week. Location is a bit dodgy though. Directly opposite a school.

Yep totally agree. I used to be a regular and often had some great times in the private’s with everything on offer with the right girl and often not that expensive.
nowadays the girls are way to money focused and services limited.
I tried them again on Friday and had a girl called Dolly. Just confirmed my view of this place now. Very clinical and to be honest not that attractive. I was going for a HJ but then she said she wears a latext glove!!! So I opted out. No touching between her legs and when my hand brushed past her stomach (no intent of going between her legs as she didn’t look or smell that clean) she abruptly reminded me of the rules. A real turn off. Definately won’t be back again.
I’ll just reminisce of the old times there and the often hot young girls who actually enjoyed themselves and didn’t charge the earth for extras.
so much better value elsewhere.
