Prices are the same like shops in Belmont Shopping Centre where I go sometimes ($75/hr no rebate and $85/hr with rebate), but less than shops in further North Perth with HICAPS ($90/hr). More importantly, outstanding quality of massage offered. Good conversations and easy to get on with. Surprisingly, she has no English barriers to make any conversations you want, from sports to some academic topics. Easy to cross. Rarely see it in this industry anywhere else.

Girls have options to pick up either they want $25 per hour plus 100% extras or 42% -50% of the price plus annual leave pay from shops only if they could work there over 6 months or more. Those girls with high % commissions will get basic pay daily. That's means if no client, they still get paid. To those girls cannot provide proper or standarded massages (qualified) , the shop will not pay them 42% - 50%. It is fair for both shop owners and girls.

If girls couldn't be able to provide a good massages, the clients will not back. That's the cost on owners. That's why the owners try to keep those girls who can bring clients back.
