Probably not but I doubt there would be any that would open at 3am as there would be no customers. There a quite a few that would prefer to do so say on a Sunday afternoon or a public holiday (like in every other State), rather than being confined to the hours dictated to by the sellers. Personally I think trading hours in every industry should be deregulated so consumers can dictate to the seller. A trader can open whenever they want to - and market logistics would suggest the trader's choice would follow what the consumers want. We are really backwards in WA.Is there ANYone who wants to buy a car at 3am ??? Methinks some things are daytime things and some things are nighttime things
