Has worked in my favour going away on a few holiday trips in the caravan mate they are keen for a trip some of them at low cost and the benefits over a week are great.

I never did the caravan thing, a bit too close to home I’m afraid. Overseas & eastern states trips were the bomb though. Happy days.

As for time, I used to get 30 min, and was always focussed on the target extras, but now I get an hour. I've found that it's usually much better to relax a bit, enjoy the first part of the massage and go with the flow more.
