I do not agree with that statement that is a bit silly.

However I agree with the previous that some of my best experiences have been with girls on the lower end of the price scale.
 
Tend to agree with Diamond Dog. I think the higher priced ones tend to think they are better than they really are. Whereas the cheaper ones try really hard to please. I'm also more inclined to give a big tip to the cheaper girls if they give a really good service, but I never tip at the top end - I figure that's already factored into the price!
