Some good points, Ontoit.

I personally don't go for the douche thing, although I used to, until I heard that it can upset the natural balance of that area and lead to a tendency to thrush and other annoying little infections. I either bathe before a client, if I have a bath where I am, or when I am at home, I use a hand-held shower head, which when pointed strategically does a good cleansing job.

Some guys could be cleaner in the area that you mentioned. Often the ones who don't want to shower, insisting that they only had one a short time before, are the ones with this little problem, and it makes me wonder why they don't wash that area and their asshole as well.
