Who suffers from insomnia?

Have you tried CBD oil, gives me the deep sleep as sleeping pills and no hangover in the morning like the pills

Not exactly insomnia. I have delayed phase sleep disorder. That is when you naturally want to go to sleep at 3 or 4am and wake up at 11am or midday. I have no trouble going to sleep at that time, and still get the recommended 8 hours of sleep. It's torture if I need to be up early in the morning for an appointment, and I can't manage being employed doing a job regularly starting at 8 or 9am.

Yes that would be a challenge if a toddler kept trying to take it off.

Also probably not a sexy look for a young person, but I am old so it doesn't bother me :)

I tried many masks until I found the one that works for me so it takes a bit of perseverance but you do get used to it eventually.

I found that nasal pillows that sit just under your nose with a light headgear worked best for me.

The other thing is their is a machine called an APAP that adjusts the air pressure automatically depending on what your breathing needs, but they can be more expensive than the set pressure CPAP machines though.

In Australia a lot of the sleep clinics will let you hire a machine and mask for a while to get the best combination that works for you but not sure about India.

It was truly life changing for me and I have been using it for many years now and can't sleep without it.

Good luck with it.
Exactly the same for me. The super minimalist ones that just go on my nose are the only ones that work.

I also likely had it when I was young as I’ve always been a snorer. My parents both have sleep apnea so it’s a genetic thing for me.

Total game changer now as I actually wake up feeling rested.
