The man would be forced to LOOK at himself...( if/when he found out his other half was a W/L behind his back) My first question is...is he benefiting off the proceeds of her being able to support herself ??? and secondly what kind of a protector and provider is he ?? (that she must work in secret )...Most men LOVE W/L anyway...that's why it is a billion dollar industry. I NEVER had a problem telling my partner I had been a W/L in my past - it was for good reasons...which he understood. He had also frequented whore houses for years as miner / driller. So we understood - we were a MIRROR IMAGE of one another. Honesty is always the best policy - I always disclosed early on to mitigate any problems and resentment down the track. He just loved me more for it. When I wanted to come back to work...I moved out, back into my own house...and I told him what I intended to do. Subsequently...it didn't come to that because Langtrees gave me a special job - here in reception !! I feel very much at home ...and needless to say - were all good !!!

Yes true, I kind of mean't that...being professional doesn't mean its not connective or personal.
They can have feelings towards a client but its what you do with that....and most usually keep
it in the bounds of client/worker relationship.

Married men see W/L normally because something is missing in thire own relationship with the wife it could be the lack of love or sex, could be to try new things. But for what ever the reason and wrong or rite it is better to see a WL rather than have girl friend or sex buddy on the side. WL get the job done with no feelings or connection. It is one of the oldest professions and been going on for years.

Perth Boy I agree entirely, as an ex-wife (and now WL). If I could turn back time (knowing what I do now) I would certainly encourage my husband to see WL's. This would have been so much better than him falling in love with a mistress, divorce and consequent upheaval for us and the children. (which is what happened!) Of course I was not so mature in those days and in Jaipocktas situation would likely have reacted badly.

J - I hope you learn from your new career - as I did - the valuable role of WL's and why married men may choose to visit them -it's generally no where near as bad as your imagination (as a wife) would presume. In my experience, married clients put a lot of thought into the decision, they are looking for a way to care for their own needs (its not always about the sex - caring talk, touching and being touched, being received, not being judged and criticised) in this stressful world, without hurting the marriage (as taking a mistress/girlfriend would be more likely to do!).

As a wife I did not have the maturity, time and energy to support my husband and marriage fully, and if he had fulfilled a few needs elsewhere it may have helped to reduce the stresses on our marriage, and even enable him to support me better.

A WL and a punter are two different things. To be the same a wife would have to be paying a wm for his services and being a punter also. A WL may see several clients a week. Most punters can only afford one visit a week.

Exactly. So it would be nicer to know your wife is choosing her WM rather than just having just anyone. As a punter I'm very fussy with my choice of WL. So knowing she was seeing a professional WM would be no different from me seeing a WL.

There is this in between where its called a professional relationship.

Doesn't mean the client is ugly or unpleasant, it just means they are offering a service
under paid terms in which is what many guys want, there are many who don't want to wake up next to a wl,
day in, day out but are happy to indulge the pleasurable fun had between them and then
walk away with no strings.
If there is a chemistry, that enhances the working relationship.

To be honest, I think its hard for a non worker to understand this and there are many clients who understand it
and some don't but unless you've seen the inside of the industry (which is predominantly positive)
