What does Trans-Gender, Active Trans etc mean??? How do I know whether they have vagina or penis etc.?
Hi, Ok Trans gender is a term that came out of the LGB community and was created to include people of all gender diverse backgrounds, ie Crossies (TV's), Genderqueer, Genderfluid, non-binery. Trans Masculine, Boi, Dapper etc. Transsexual was the term given by Dr Harry Benjamin who was the first medical specialist to treat Gender Dysphoria with Hormone Replacement therapy, A Transsexual is a person who undergoes gender re-assigment from Male to femail or female to male, I'm Transsexual not Transgender as i dont identify with the LGB community and use Hormone Replacement Medication. Active, Versatile. ie passive or active, basically Top or Bottom..I prefer to be passive as its easier especially if the client is unsure about seeing a Trans Women, Hormones can also effect the male specific genitallia (Penis) of a Trans Woman so it can be difficult to be top without taking something to help..Hormone therapy also effects size and ability to ejaculate.. Hope this is useful info..

Ok let me give the proper definitions.

Transvestite - A man (generally straight) who is 'in touch with his feminine side' and often gets off sexually from wearing stockings or ladies underwear etc. Likes to dress as a woman but more often than not will never leave the house because it is mainly for sexual pleasure.

Transexual/Transgender - A woman trapped inside a mans body. A woman who is born as a man and feels like a woman on the inside and in the mind, but has the body of a man. More often than not most will start hormone therapy and have breast implants. only 40% will have a sex change operation, a lot of girls will keep their penis and live life as a woman. Sometimes they may choose to have their balls removed and keep their penis as it shrinks with hormone treatment and erection cannot be achieved without viagra.

Drag Queen - A gay man who dresses in womens clothing and does large theatrical makeup for performance or just fun. Nothing sexual about drag. And just because your a drag queen doesn't mean you want to be a woman or look like a woman.

An Active transgender means they still have a penis and enjoy using it for sex. Perhaps they take viagra or arent't far enough along in the hormone treatment and can still get an erection.

I hope this clears up any grey areas people may have.
xx

P.S - Serena...Priscilla is the pink bus!
When you start HRT (Hormones) breast growth is natural, it takes between 2-5 yrs to fully feminize.
I had D cups within a year, Sadly the belief that you're a woman inside a mans body is a misunderstanding of Gender Dysphoria & Trans People, although it's an easy way of understanding something if you're not living it. Sex Change operation , you mean Gender Re-Assignment Surgery, 'balls removed' , that's an oecidectomy & is usually performed due to bad reaction to HRT or for people with intersex conditions, as for erections, well losing penile function depends on what type of Testosterone blockers you use, because I wanted quick feminization & breasts ASAP I was prescribed Androcur & lost function within 4 weeks, but for work purposes I use Cialis , Viagra reacts badly with Hormone therapy & most Trans Girls won't use it, using Spiralactone as a T Blocker usually doesn't affect Function.
However you can only use Testosterone Blockers for a short period of time as the side effects can be fatal.
The reason most Girls don't have GRS surgery is the cost, Facial Feminization Surgery is popular as it changes your face & you lose the manliness forever.
T blockers help with losing body hair, so waxing isn't needed , but facial hair needs laser or electrolysis .

Care to share any recommendations

There aren’t many in Perth at the moment that I have seen so recommends are scarce. Dia is a good recommend she was my first very pleasant and easy going.

Aussie Jade is pretty chilled out not everybody’s cup of tea I’ve seen her twice and would go back.

Suzy is top draw I’ve only seen here once she tours but it was a cracking visit.....

Jocey Mendez is supposed to be the bench Mark I haven’t visited but I believe she is fantastic.

I reckon a few more will start touring again in the coming months.

What does Trans-Gender, Active Trans etc mean??? How do I know whether they have vagina or penis etc.?

A Transgendered person is someone who identifies as the opposite gender to the sex that they were born and takes steps to present and identify as the gender that they feel they truly are. A trans man is someone born with feminine physical attributes and goes on to take masculine hormones and possibly breast reduction surgery as well as others possibly so as to become the man they feel they truly are.
A Trans woman is someone born with masculine physical attributes who may take feminine hormones as well as possibly having various surgical augmentations (breast, hip, butt, enhancement as well as facial surgery) to achieve the feminine body that truly represents who they are inside.

Now as for having a penis and being active:

A pre-op trans woman is someone who still has their penis.
A post-op trans woman is someone who has had the surgical procedure commonly known as "sexual reassignment surgery" or "gender affirmation surgery" which essentially removes the penis and creates a vagina.

A pre-op trans woman may be active, versatile or passive.
If active, they prefer to be the top/giving partner, ie, they are using their dick to fuck their partner.
Someone who is versatile will both give and receive.
A passive partner will only receive, ie they are the bottom or receiving partner.
This can be due to preference or due to physical capability.

A she-male. is a MAN.
A man, that has either gotten plastic surgery,or started taking hormones to gain a more feminine apperance.

They still are men,and there testicles i would imagine are still effective enough.

no ones born a shemale,so no need to worry about showering in gym class.

there goal is too look like a chick,except..with a dick?

there somewhere between dragqueen and transgendered.

A transvestite is a male who dresses up as a female and has not had an operation, and probably wont but they like to go around like a woman. something like that.bit like that queen of the desert what was her name - priscilla?

A transexual is someone who may or may not be going to have the operation but usually is on hormones and has breasts and female features, but also a penis. Most working TS will still have a penis and may be having the operation when the time is right after medication etc to get the hormones right. They dont ahve any inclination to be with a female as they feel they are already female and like to be with guys.
Having the penis still gives them the best of both worlds and the guys they are with as a lot fo guys are anal curious and what better way of getting that curiosity satisfied without goin against their grain of being with a man, even though a transexual is in fact still one.

One they have the operation and lose the penis, to themselves and anyone who doesn;t know or doens't care, they are just a woman, and the curiosity of being with them as in relation to a transexual isn;t the same.

that's they TS do really well.

Very well explained ... couldn't of have done it better my self!!

I have had a lot of interaction with so-called Ladyboys in Thailand . They are beautiful and generous , although sometimes as catty as hell !
This thread has however shed new light on many of the questions I had . Agree with Madam Riah - very well explained .
