W.A. The Legalities of running an "establishment" ( :) )

I don't think you can stop them coming into a general entry and it's only a matter of time before there is a major clamp down as people are setting up everywhere and the neighbours must be wondering. The threats are real and they will be on all parties involved.
Rudyboy, if by "them" you mean council inspectors entering a private residence, I doubt very much that they have powers of entry. Even the Police cannot do that unless they have a warrant or are actually chasing somebody with a bloody axe. It seems very murky. I'm not talking about brothels or AMPs here, registered to trade. I think the issue here, is a woman, living in her own home and having sex. That should not be illegal. That she receives a gratuity for that should be irrelevant. I had a similar arrangement with my ex-wife. ;)
The Council may try it on (with a lady working from home), but I suspect they are bluffing. They should not be given entry, egress. Body Corporates may take issue, but that does not concern Council. A girl working from home would be crazy to register it as a home business. That then would be an invitation to Council. But even they have to follow rules.

Going back to this does anyone know why brothels like Langtrees, Esquire, City West, Ivys Sweet Place etc are left alone?

The first 3 have massage approval and are behind the non-existent now containment lines.

Ivy's....only reason would be it's in Freo where they have a view of live and let live.
