I have always had the trouble of girls with a complex when it comes to swallowing.. Gf would make me drink pineapple juice so it would taste better only to spit it out once I had came. I don't see what the big deal is it's only half a mouthful at best and over in a few seconds.. Wish I knew someone that would like to swallow cause it's never happened to me yet
