So basically it's hosted on discord which is an online chat service for people with niche interests (usually video games etc. but also plenty of Adult stuff).
Once you are on it then there are sublistings for most of the popular AMPs around Perth area where they post pics and rosters. But there's also a place to review and chat in a pretty freewheeling forum. Because it's invite only and not available on the open internet the AMPs seem more open to posting real photos there.
Most of the users of talkinsex have migrated there in the last month.
I'm not the owner of the forum so I can't hand out invitations but I think @AsianBoss is a moderator or owner or something so he/she can send an invitation.

I think some are just tired of jumping through hoops these days, not talking about this site but in general.
Having moderators is fine helps keep trouble makers out.
Rules can be modified look at the current sports and how rules have changed since teams first joined a competition.
Would those who have already jumped through the hoops have a strong objection to members at a certain level, okay I’ll say diamond

I also understand that this site costs money to maintain so the owner is trying to recoup some costs and that’s fair enough.

I've tried to stay helpful and positive about the changes and will continue to do so, but I have to agree with my esteemed colleague @JackADTS . The number of hoops to jump through are not difficult but they are confusing. The process is not clear or well communicated to new or returning users.
With fewer users, the site now has lower utility because there is barely any activity here which then takes away incentive to jump through the hoops. It's a vicious cycle. I know the site hasn't reached its final form yet but my honest opinion is that every day there are fewer reasons to log on here.
I'd recommend making the signup process much simpler. If you want a two tier forum make the higher tier merit based (maybe diamond level or above) or a paid subscription or both. That way it's not so confusing and this site could actually generate revenue from users. It looks like the site is built in the XenForo platform and there are several plugins you can add to give this functionality. I'd also change the forum name from Talkin Turkey to something that communicates what it actually does for new users. TalkinSex Premium or TalkinSex+ for example. If I had just come to the site for the first time I would have no clue what Talkin Turkey is or why I would want to sign up for it.
Of course, I don't know what your goals are for the site and if it's doing what you want and accomplishing your goals, feel free to ignore and have a happy weekend. In the end it's your party and you get to make the rules.
We are working on all of that and shortly new members will have to join Langtrees.com first, this is a massive job I have undertaken and even I underestimated the time it would take, we arent even 1/2 way thru the process and will take until at least to the end of March to have everything shipshape. Yes I did overpost a bit and I didnt realise that names in langtrees.com couldn't take numbers & special characters, but have addressed all those issues as Richard changed on langtrees.com.
For 8-% its a 5 minute job, for 20% like myself its a 2--30 minute job and simply because I dont read rules like 8 charcater passwors with a capital, a Number & one special Character. We built Langtrees.com for high security which is the only way to go now days.
Total Gold you have been a great help to us and even here I get to see both sides of the coin.
What you don't see is the number of personal messages I get, and had a lot trying to hold me to ransom which makes me only more determined to paly totally fair. I have half a dozen LEGENDS thats over 1,000 posts and threads since they have joined expecting to be allowed in without having to do something for us in return...I think that is unfair.
I am aware of the many special relationships that have formed on this forum, I am aware of 4 marriages in 22 years I think 5 minutes a year is a small price to pay as we all should know nothing in life is FREE,

It's got nothing to do with power Crank. After some initial confusion it's now very clear what members need to do to get access to TT. Hundreds of us have no problem with what's required and have completed the steps. There's no point bitching about it, either you want to do it or you don't. It's a personal choice. It's absolutely about power and (some of) those with the "Moderator" mantle, who just a short time ago were one of us, now flexing that status and addressing anyone not complying with contempt. The "implication" that (some) mods are using this as a means of settling scores is the the height of unprofessionalism, not to mention the constant shilling. Stanford Prison Experiment vibes for real.
I haven't spent a lot of time interacting with some of the mods but they all seem fair and intelligent. That's why they were selected is my guess. Being a moderator on any forum is a bit thankless because you are always going to piss someone off. Whatever opinion I may have about any member from my past experiences has to be reset to zero. It's how they interact and behave from here on that matters. Lets all play nice and enjoy what Mrs Langtrees is creating.
