again.......first of all the thing that he apparently didn't realise that she wasn't in bed and second of all the sort of ammunition he used......those bullets are only available on the black market and inflict nasty wounds on the victim. He shot her three times with those bullets.
Well it might not have been a long term plan but it sounds very much like a planned murder on the night.
Not sure if those breakdowns in court count for anything........other than they are either result of a split personality or good acting.

I agree strongly with every thing you have said Rochalle Except the bit about the ammo , you can buy cartridges loaded with expanding or fragmenting projectiles practically anywhere,

However the implication is .if you use quick expansion ammo on humans you have done the best within the capacity of a given firearm to kill no intention to capture or render the target incapacitated is shown .

And by the way Rochelle guilty or not I am growing less fond of O P with every thing I read about him .
