There are hand basins in the room so they don't need to leave for hot towels, which is nice. I have not been offered or seen a shower but haven't asked either.

By coincidence I visited today and was invited to use the shower. Turns out they do have one at the back.

A drawback with this place is that everyone in the KFC next door is watching who comes and goes. Not the most discreet entry, if that's something that's important.

I had a massage there a couple of weeks ago. Massage was good extras were offered but were subpar in my opinion. Rushed and mechanical although as always YMMV.
Definitely better options around.

I also found them a bit pushy - I made a booking for 1pm and at five minutes before they were texting “where are you?” type thing.
