management doesn't offer these services themselves, what happens behind closed doors is between the customer and the girl.

Unless the girl/girls get management involved, management has no say about what happens behind those doors, Hanys themselves are basically a middleman for a transaction between to two legally consenting adults.
 
The only way for this "extra" to be eliminated from the services provided is to stop seeking it out.
Like that's going to happen.
