Think it’s that time of the month when some unsatisfied persons say things to cause trouble.

Any business is there to make money but not all provide good customer service/satisfaction.

Some businesses just don’t care, it’s all about the money. This business from my experience tries to provide good customer service/satisfaction.

Back to back bookings occur but it’s not always F who takes booking plus some clients book direct bypassing the booking system. It happens everywhere.

I visited at times and been asked if I mind waiting a little while she has some food. Not a problem for me.

Some people are too precious, think I pay money so it’s all about me.

Yes, I’ve had an occasional dud visit for whatever reason, provided some polite feedback.

Not need to be abusive, you wouldn’t like so why do it.

Hey babe, i think i know someone on period this week. 😅😅Because my business phone nearly too busy by many private calls and fake bookings . From now on, if you guys want a booking, please call with real number only. I stop taking bookings from private number now.

If someone have a problem with the girls, please fix it privately, don’t cause problems with my shop. Thank you

If you can't make a booking on your personal phone which is a private number then what's the point of having a mobile phone.

What Fiona means are calls that show as “unknown” because of the privacy setting you have set.

The problem is with the “unknown” callers who make a booking but are no shows. Fake bookings.

So these unknown callers making fake bookings means genuine people like yourself who prefer to keep their number to themselves, can’t do so or the girls are sitting around waiting for these no shows.

A benefit of your number being displayed is should a problem arise you can be contacted e.g. girl gone home sick.

It’s unfortunate but it’s the way of the world sometimes.

Blame the ones who created the problem.
