This location - 765B - used to be occupied by The Learning Bee, a childhood learning and education centre ... it actually fronts Kearns Crescent as the end unit of the Ardross Tyre Centre building, a business that has been there for decades on the corner of Canning Hwy.

765B borders Kwilena Lane, off Kearns Crescent, which is where the borders of Applecross and Ardross meet ... not too confusing ?? ...

Found the ad on locanto apparently the shop used to be in Freo. Old Fiona is full of surprises

Drive down to the end of Kwilena Lane, where it meets Willcock Street, and you'll find two rows of angle parking ... you can get 3 hours of free parking from the ticket machine, and the same goes for most of the nearby street parking.

Also, across the road from this new Aquanature Massage shop is The Quarter Acre Hotel ... could be a good combination !
