I have Covid now in iso for a few more days.

I had third jab, first booster in December so with the new variants was keen to get fourth jab to update which I did four weeks ago so timing was probably good.

Fortunately for me relatively mild like a cold with some chest congestion, I’ve had worse but still consider the vaccine has helped.

A friend who may have transmitted virus, advised he tested positive after we had had coffee meetup, had similar symptoms.

Another friend who is over ten years younger, btw I’m not old, had booster a couple months ago tested positive same day as me and is doing worse. Will recover at home but if feeling like crap.

I’m practically symptom free now. Followed the government medical advice, taken some meds all OTC no prescription needed including cough mixture to clear the minor congestion I had. Feeling good.

There’s a sense of relief now having finally tested positive and having Covid because I’ve experienced it now no more wondering if or when I’ll get it or whether I’ll be hospitalised.

I can go ahead with travel plans without to being overly concerned about getting the virus.
I still wore a mask a lot but not everywhere like when I went to the cinema last week and cafes.

My opinion is the vaccinations aided me not necessarily stopping me from getting the virus but in keeping its effects mild.
Not interested in a vaccination debate, you can choose now whether to get vaccinated or not and like many things in life your fate is generally decided by your own decisions.

Stay safe everyone.

I’ll wave from the plane as I fly off to some exotic and warmer destination.

Mandatory masks will make a come back once we reach 350 in hospital. Now up to 320.

Buy now before the storm.
Yeh it’s dumb, went through all that to get to the point where we can open up and move on just to be forced to wear mask again, mask advisory sure but other than that they shouldn’t be enforcing it again

I wish you well.
That's with your flying plans - getting a trip that doesn't get a cancellation seems an almost bigger hiccup than covid right now.

Most people do not want to wear masks. The thin masks most people wear are ineffective. Voluntary mask wearing.
No masks and no vaccines. Fight for freedom!

In the last 7 days I've had a Thai bj and shagged 3 of my FWB - Japanese, Malaysian and African.
No ill effects and I'll continue to expose myself to all worldwide potential variants through this wonderful self preservation practice 😁😁.
I did have Covid a few months back. Thankfully mild symptoms. My worldwide exposure practices must be contributing to my excellent health 🤣🤣

Hundreds of millions I suspect .. and all very much alive and well.

I believe people die with covid ; they also die because they are unwell , or old , or whatever .. but this pandemic has been a very successful world wide control experiment. Even religions were shut-down obedient.
One day we'll see it clearer for what it is ..
I've got covid now I'd hate to think how sick I may have been if I wasn't vaccinated .

I've got covid now I'd hate to think how sick I may have been if I wasn't vaccinated .
I’ve been smoking over 30 years and haven’t been vaxxed. Covid came recently and in all honesty I’ve had worse hangovers.
I believe it’s more of a genetic thing.

Stats from more transparent countries show triple vaxxed in my age group and some others are being infected at 4 times the rate than un vaxxed.
On the flip side the un vaxxed elderly people with health issues are dying with covid at around double the rate.
Saying that it equates to a very small percentage differential.

Hope you get back to good health and have some happy punts soon mate 🙏

Thanks mate . As you say I guess it can depend on underlying health issues and age !

I choose not to have the vaccine for a variety of reasons. I have had Covid 19 once and symptoms were extremely mild. I have been worse when I have had a cold, to be honest. The only time I have worn a mask is Dr surgery and twice going to a chemist. I started taking Vitamin D3, zinc, and a couple of others when the borders opened in November 2021. Every family member and friends that choose the vaxx has had Covid 19 more than once. Everyone I know regrets having it and none of my family has had more than 2 jabs. This is due to adverse reactions. My son in late 20s developed heart problems after his second jab. 2 friends who had either 4 or 5 jabs both needed antivirals when they had Covid 19. Seeing the sheer volume of sudden deaths in healthy young people since the rollout of the vaccine and the rise of heart conditions etc. I am happy with my decision. Your body is your choice and I respect that. I feel for those who have been forced to make a choice to keep their employment. The vaccine is the biggest lie told. A vaccine that does nothing whatsoever to stop the spread. We are now starting to see how big a mess this all has been. Data is now coming out showing sudden deaths since the rollout is greater that resulted from Covid itself

Had three shots. Not having any more. Haven't had Covid. Two bad colds and tested negative and I put them down to the much hated mask as all you do is rebreathe your own toxins.

I had the shots because they were championed as the way out of this mess. I wanted to travel domestically also.

The vaccination certificate is another joke. The struggle to upload it to my MyGov page took three days, some whisky and a number of phone calls, their only saving grace being that they weren't answered by Indians called Peter or Jeff

I have NEVER been asked to show it and I think that any business who requested you did would soon have no customers.

The billboard ads of beautiful people striding confidently along, happy to show their certificate upon demand made me want to barf like a chicken.
