G'day Chase
Welcome and please accept our pity for living in a slightly more repressed society than Aus.
WL = working lady, typically providing FS (full service), i.e. sexual intercourse
ML = massage lady, typically providing services short of intercourse, i.e. massage and HJ (handjob) and sometimes BJ (blowjob); however, some MLs in some parlours (usually unapproved brothels) also go all the way, so it can be confusing
Could you please post the Slate article/page where the link to this site appears? Just curious.
XLNC
I'm with His XLNC welcome to our very friendly little forum(First post - just found this site from a Slate link.)
Love the discussion. As a client of both legal and illegal services here in the U.S. (depends on the state - basically Nevada and everywhere else) it's cool to see casual talk about it. Here, most that I see are the erotic stories.
I worry that by choosing to be a client of sex workers, I contribute to exploitation. Since it is illegal in most places, I definitely could be. It's good to see that the extra time to find legal choices is probably the best all around.
My questions - two specific and one general. Is it possible to reject drunk clients? (Or is it only really apparent of the need to reject once it is a more private situation?)
While I'm asking, my more general, what is WL and ML? I haven't seen those abbreviations before? (Even as I ask, I know I'm going to Google anyway. Still, just in case...)
Thanks for the Slate link, chase.
I see some prominent forum members are mentioned, e.g. 'It is 2 a.m. on a Sunday in the back room of Langtrees, the best-known brothel on Australia’s west coast. Lana, the mumsy phone operator, places down the handset and puts on her specs to peer at her computer. ...'
I'm not ROFLing, Lana, honest I'm not.
Con not having a steady income. If the industry is quiet and you don't have savings you are fucked....or rather not being fucked lol
