Any people here identify as Poly? I’ve started to dabble in the poly world, would be interested to chat to like minded people.

A polysexual person is someone who is sexually and/or romantically attracted to multiple genders. It is not the same as being bisexual or pansexual, although all of these sexualities involve being attracted to more than one gender.

Polysexual and polyamory are different though - polyamory is more associated with multiple relationships with mutual awareness and consent. See https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyamory. One does not exclude the other, and many people who explore multiple relationships do it with multiple genders.

yes, don’t mix up the terms.
People can identify as poly sexual and be in an monogamous relationship

Relationships come in all shapes and sizes, hey!
As long as everyone involved is a consenting adult and happy with the arrangement, then there's a lot of good to be said about relationships outside of monogamy

I identify as polyamorous but am not currently in a poly relationship. I love being poly, i don't tend to have a possessive nature toward partners so as long as there is crystal clear, open communication lines then i really enjoy having the option to date multiple people at the same time
