🤔 hmm..

Been to a few AMPs, always had the HR after.
Never had anything like HR + oral or FS after a massage. Might have to give that a go. But yea, a good, thorough massage definitely sets the tone.

A massage should be full body and if the temptation arises ( in a lot of cases, it does), a happy ending for both parties should occur
