Hi 2 horny, welcome to the forum.

If you want to upload a pic/video from your device, just click the 'Upload a File' button (on the right of 'Post Reply') below the new post field where you normally type text. Click 'Choose File' and select the relevant option (usually Photo Library, unless you want to take a selfie). The file type needs to conform with the types listed (.jpg, .gif, etc.).

If you want to include a pic or video from another website, have a look at the icons just above the new post field. In the right-hand half, you'll see a smiley (which you can click to show the various emoji options you can insert in your post). Immediately to the right of that icon is a rectangle depicting a picture of mountains and the sun, and the one on its right is an icon resembling two celluloid film strips. Click either of these icons respectively to insert an image (photo) or a video. You just need to have copied the URL from the source website first so that you can paste it in the dialog box that appears. Tip: the URL should normally end with .jpg, .gif or .png for images. Simples!
