Not the sort of thing that you google but if you have been participating in the market for several years then it is quite obvious that for example AMP FS usually maxed out at $150 whereas now it maxes out at $250 even $300+. For privates and agencies for example Evelyn among others, 1 hr was $200 now it is $450 and on it goes. Even Langtrees is now $500 compared to $350 three years ago, or $650 now if you include what were standard inclusions previously. Those increase is way more than the increase in general wages and salaries over the same period.
Nothing annoys me more than men thinking it's acceptable to request a cheaper rate for oral etc compared to intercourse.

Usually they have a condom on for the oral in my experience. But that's not 100% protection against a herpes sore below the condom for example. I personally wouldn't have sex with a sex worker although I have once when I was drunk and I'm not sure when the condom came off but I'm sure I was one of her first customer's if not her first because she started bleeding. I just get handjobs and in future will ask for gloves on the woman. Yes I have been tested and I've got nothing not even herpes although the type 2 herpes blood test is accurate but not infallible.

It's worth whatever the provider considers it to be worth. Given the intensely personal/intimate nature of SW it's got to be a price that they consider to be fair and sustainable emotionally and physically. I have never, ever bargained with a SW It would be demeaning for us both. Their business, their body if you don't like the price move on politely.
And herpes is another risk factor. As the virus can be spread by skin on skin friction. No outbreak has to be present. Stealthing is another issue us SW face. Rape and other physical attacks go unreported due to some state laws in regard to prostitution.

Yes one can get genital herpes even on their hand from touching the herpes sores of themselves or other's. I've been told by a doctor one has to touch the sores directly to get it but I'm not saying you're wrong about skin to skin with no out break.
