You're right it's interesting but I don't go out of my way to find people like this, for some reason I seem to attract people with way out fetishes.. I can only think it's because they open up to me as they work out I won't judge them and will listen. I take people for who they are and if they have some "interests" that don't align with mine, that's cool too, I only care if someone's a good and genuine person. I'm a guy.. so being simple comes with the territory

Yeah that got me into trouble once in High school many many moons ago...this girl would talk her head off and tell me all her problems and my responses were yes,,ok's...uh huh...couldn't squeeze any other words into the convo...she called often and once would come by my place on her bike unannounced......she showed interest and I didn't want to deposit. Sorry...

Yes I am quite familiar with the friendzone.. and also the sexzone .. .i get either but not the relationshipzone in between I had a girl once turn me down for some asshole of a women basher.. then one night she knocks on my door with a black eye and blood lip all upset, but not to escape the crazy guy, just to talk to me to convince herself that he still loves her. That was when I realised that someone can be too nice and accommodating.
