I'm not taking about pedos and drug dealers here, I'm talking about legal consenting sex workers, that is on the complete opposite end of the discussion.

And i was also stating the usage of blatant racial profiling that police use in the arrest and persecution of sex workers that are not English first speaking.

Going back to the original question 'is it safe' it's just a numbers game. You may be lucky, you may be unlucky. Why risk your health for a root. Natural sex is best saved for your partner or significant other. It would be stupidity to expose a GF, lover or wife to an STI because you thought the odds were with you. Can you imagine the hurt and relationship chaos it would cause? Something simple like herpes or something more sinister like one of the old favourites that are becoming antibiotic resistant. That's Queensland. Here in Western Australia it's a long time this has happened here.
But as I stated there is no Entrapment law in Western Australia. This law I am very sure dose not apply here.

I suggest you go and do some research on what the Police can and can't do in WA. For example under the Misuse of Drugs Act, Police don't need a warrant to search a person or premises if they believe there is illicit drugs. So if a person has been convicted of a drug offence in the past, under the law they are fair game for being visited by the Police in the future. The Police will also use entrapment too, a fellow student who was studying at university with me had a few minor convictions for drug possession and one of those was selling some cannabis to an undercover police officer in the pub.

I guess it depends on your definition of sex. I would guess most people think vaginal penetration, but to be fair it doesn't come up in dinner table conversation that often.
Some infections are only transmitted by vaginal/anal sex, and some through kissing. They are not all the same.

Maybe do some research instead of relying on others to provide you with prepackaged answers.
If you really are that paranoid, why see anyone in the first place.
Condoms don't prevent everything, Herpes is spread by skin to skin contact and many people carry it without showing any signs.
You probably assume the woman you saw had a shower between clients.

QLD has different laws to WA, and in WA Prostitution operates under a containment policy, so its actually not legal in WA. In Victoria Prostitution is legalised.

Maybe so, but when someone is arrested by the police, the police are required under law to read the arrested their rights.

When someone who is arrested doesn't speak or understand English, the police are required under law to provide a translator to translate the rights into a language that the person speaks or understands which i think we can all agree with.

My point about the Police in QLD in relation to sex work is that Police in Qld and I think (don't take my word for it) other states have had sex workers arrested by police and the police either couldn't be bothered providing a translator or just didn't care to provide a translator. Which for one is against the law and can have the case rejected.

You have to remember that WA operates under a containment policy and Mary Anne posted on another thread that there are only three brothels that are still part of the original containment policy - Langtrees, Ada Rose and one other. The rest of the brothels along with the AMP's are technically operating illegally as Prostitution hasn't been decriminalised in WA. So the Police Commissioner could shut down any of those businesses at any time if they so desire. Therefore if I was a brothel operator, I would be ensuring all my employees are obeying the current legislation, so as not to give the Police any encouragement to close down the business.
