Noob question but what does TBC stand for?

Also I think I've seen these types of ads on Locanto before but I was always under the impression it was fake. Are the girls in these photos legit?

The photos Viv posts, ie the pics of the TBC girls, are definitely taken of them. Maybe some filters applied, but not fully shopped or anything
 
I have seen her once and I will be seeing her again and again and again
