I guess money is all relative. E.g Spending $1000.00 to an average person, maybe equivalent to $100.00 for a very well off person e.g the Packers of this world.

There wouldn't be ladies offering this price range if there is not punters out there who can afford and willing to pay for this price.

I agree, I definitely wouldn't pay more if there was no difference between those that charged a higher amount and those that charged a lot less
